Thats because June 23 has been declared Take Your Dog To Work Day by Pet Sitters International.
This is the eighth year of the dog workday and spokesman John Long is predicting a record number of workplace pooches at hospitals, accounting firms and even construction sites.
Take Your Dog To Work Day was created to inspire non-pet owners to adopt orphaned pets, but Long says its still important to follow a few rules of the canine workplace so that your fellow employees dont have a bone to pick with you.
A big one: If you have a male dog, make sure hes neutered; if shes female, remember bitches in heat are an office no-no.
Also, double check all your pets shots are current and Fidos free of fleas and ticks.
Of course, its your duty to bring only potty-trained pooches in to work - but make sure you have poop bag and cleaner handy, just in case Bowser drops a biscuit.
