Thats the opinion of TV chef Gordon Ramsay, the cranky star of the Fox reality show, Hells Kitchen.
The show debuts for its second season on Monday (Jun. 12), and while Ramsay says this years crop of cooks were technically better, he thinks some of them should have had the common sense to remember how the first seasons chefs failed and succeeded.
The biggest mistake: Trying to be too creative. As he puts it, When you have good quality tuna, respect the integrity of the dish and keep it simple in both ingredients and presentation.
