Pagano, who has since opened his own catering business in New York called Fat Ralphs, says to wannabe Hells Kitchen survivors: They dont want to see glorified ass kissers.
He says the restaurant business is about creativity and individualism.
Applicants can expect more of Ramsays fury, to which Pagano says, Love him or hate him...the guy operates at a high level.
