Hell’s Kitchen Opening For Second Season

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – It’s back into the frying pan for Hell’s Kitchen as casting directors are looking for new chefs, cooks and foodies who think they can stand the pressure cooker that is Chef Gordon Ramsay for a second season.

And who would know better what kind of pressure to expect than last season’s runner up, Ralph Pagano.

Pagano, who has since opened his own catering business in New York called Fat Ralph’s, says to wannabe Hell’s Kitchen survivors: “They don’t want to see glorified ass kissers.”

He says the restaurant business is about creativity and individualism.

Applicants can expect more of Ramsay’s fury, to which Pagano says, “Love him or hate him...the guy operates at a high level.”
