OK Go Dancing On Heels Of ‘A Million Ways’ Dance

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The Chicago-based pop band, OK Go, has reason to kick up its feet: The wacky dance steps featured in the band’s video for “A Million Ways” are starting to become one of the biggest dance fads since the Macarena.

The video was shot in a band member’s backyard and features a variety of moves that Napoleon Dynamite would enjoy.

As band guitarist Damian Kulash puts it, “Those were the dance steps we were capable of doing.”

Band guitarist Damian Kulash says he’s heard of people performing the “A Million Ways” dance at weddings, and the group will attempt to teach Diane Sawyer the steps tomorrow (Oct. 20) on Good Morning America.

Now that the dance is catching on with mainstream music lovers, Kulash admits he’s thought about a backlash but figures, “You could ask for worse punishment than great success.”

He’s even willing to attempt catching lightning in a bottle by creating a new dance for the next OK Go single.
