Mark Pett, whose Lucky Cow comic strip is syndicated in about 75 newspapers U.S.-wide, is searching for the best fast- food fiasco story to become part of a comic strip for Lucky Cow, which centers around a father and daughter running a fast-food franchise.
Hes especially interested in real stories involving overworked, underpaid employees, the food itself or someones own personal folly.
For example, Pett once worked at a fast-food franchise and had a co-worker who kept changing her name badge every hour. He asked her why and she replied, Its in case someone calls in and complains.
Interested folks are asked to submit entries by Sept. 5 to LuckyCowcontest@amuniversal.com and the winners story will show up in a Lucky Cow comic strip by Thanksgiving.
