So says the woman who posted in the New York real estate section of Craigslist.org that her apartment is teeming with bedbugs. Although the bugged-out tenant would love to move, she claims she doesnt have the money to do so.
The anonymous renter hasnt returned media inquiries, but in her bedbug bulletin she says she wants to warn others about Albero Parkside Realty, a company she claims knowingly rents bedbug infested apartments to unknowing tenants.
Rosemarie Pawlikowski, of the accused realty company, has biting remarks of her own. She calls the accusations bull■■■t and says the woman who claims to have bug bites the size of quarters is nothing but a complainer and a whiner and a little ditzy.
Pawlikowski says, I gave her a beautiful apartment. Clean. You get your nice people and dirty people. They live in squalor.
Still, the woman from Craigslist insists the bedbug problem is real and that other tenants are moving out or just throwing out their mattresses.
