The adult film actress in question is a 24-year-old Houston woman who is planning on filming her first flick this summer and wants America’s help picking her screen name.
The so-called “Ms. X” has settled on six potential monikers and is having the general public vote for their favorite at www.xonweb.com/helpmeout.
She says she wants a name that reflects her blonde look and, “is easy to spell.”
The choices include Melena Wells; Pamela Anders; Sara Reid; Lyndsey Larson; Taryn Hanson; and the current favorite, Amanda Underwood.
Ms. X figures letting the American public decide her name will give her more time to analyze the contract and give possible fans a vested interest in her future.
But while Ms. X is partially doing the name contest for fame, she promises she’s entering porn “strictly for the sex.”
Ms. X is taking votes on her name until May 23 and will make a formal announcement the following day.
