Charles And Camilla Are Kissing Cousins

PROVO, Utah (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – It seems like Camilla Parker-Bowles isn’t the only woman in her family who had a hard time keeping her legs shut for the royals.

Rumor has it that Camilla’s great-grandmother, Alice Edmonstone, had a child after having an affair with England’s King Edward VII back in the late 19th century.

If this is true, then Camilla and Prince Charles are half second cousins once removed.

According to Ancestry.com, Camilla’s grandmother, Sonia Keppel, was the illegitimate child of the King. But since the king’s name does not appear on Keppel’s birth certificate, it’s almost impossible to prove this claim.

However, Ancestry.com did find that Charles and Camilla are indeed ninth cousins once removed by their shared ancestor, Henry Cavendish, the second Duke of Newcastle.

Still, the couple has nothing to sweat about when they get married Saturday (Apr. 9), since once removed cousins are only related by marriage and not direct bloodline.
