Haitian President A Drunk?

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A boozy president may be to blame for Haiti’s poverty and lack of progress over the years.Though many believe the earthquake-torn country is cursed by voodoo, psychic Judy Hevenly thinks it’s cursed with a drunken leader.
She’s been “tuning into” Haiti through meditation and sees that the country’s president, Rene Preval, is a serious alcoholic.
Hevenly suspects that Preval has been a drunk for years, to the point where he can’t even sign government documents or remember where he put important money and paperwork.
Because of this, he can’t run an effective government – the very reason for Haiti’s constant poverty and struggle.
However, the binger will be exposed soon enough.
Hevenly sees President Preval tripping, falling, or passing out in public due to intoxication, which will be the last straw.
Haiti’s Prime Minister Jean-Max Bellerive will then replace him until a new permanent prez is elected.
