Heene has just begun serving a 30-day sentence for the famous publicity stunt where he faked his sons boarding of a homemade aircraft.
Though he maintains his innocence, playing victim in the slammer isnt smart.
According to Tom Miller of Dr. Prison a consulting service that teaches convicts how to behave in jail if Heene starts whining, hell be instantly b■tch- slapped by other inmates.
Instead of yapping, Miller suggests Heene obey tougher prisoners and try to be one of the fellas.
If he walks in thinking hes a celebrity, the guys will have it out for him as a target.
Since hes only in for 30 days, inmates may hate him even more and become suspicious.
Miller says Heene should avoid befriending guards because inmates could think hes a snitch, planted there temporarily to spy on them.
