Richard Heene’s Whining Won’t Fly In Jail

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Much like Balloon Boy, hoaxer Richard Heene’s whining simply won’t fly in jail.

Heene has just begun serving a 30-day sentence for the famous publicity stunt where he faked his son’s boarding of a homemade aircraft.

Though he maintains his innocence, playing victim in the slammer isn’t smart.

According to Tom Miller of Dr. Prison – a consulting service that teaches convicts how to behave in jail – if Heene starts whining, he’ll be instantly “b■tch- slapped” by other inmates.

Instead of yapping, Miller suggests Heene obey tougher prisoners and try to be “one of the fellas.”

If he walks in thinking he’s a celebrity, the guys will have it out for him as a target.

Since he’s only in for 30 days, inmates may hate him even more and become suspicious.

Miller says Heene should avoid befriending guards because inmates could think he’s a snitch, planted there temporarily to spy on them.
