Bill Engvall: ‘I Want To Be 80’

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Funnyman Bill Engvall can’t wait to be well into his golden years.

That’s because folks over 80 can say whatever they want.

Engvall looks forward to being old enough to “talk without a filter” and not be reprimanded for saying weird things.

The Blue Collar comic says there are many pros to aging, including senior citizen discounts and R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

He explains, “People have to listen to you because you’ve been around a while. You’re also better at arguing.”

But getting older also has a down side.

Engvall says he’s always making “strange, unattractive noises” just getting into bed and finds himself having less patience.

Men 50 or older also can’t date young girls because then they’re dubbed the “creepy old guy.”

The comedian discusses the pros and cons of getting older in his latest stand-up special, Bill Engvall: Aged And Confused, premiering Sunday (Nov. 22) on Comedy Central.
