Just ask medium Bonnie Vent, who’s been researching the lingering spirit many believe to be Kate Morgan.
Legend has it that Morgan was either killed or committed suicide at the Hotel Del in 1892, but Vent says the woman found dead wasn’t Morgan.
Bombshell new evidence proves it was an entirely different person, a woman from Detroit named Charlotte “Lottie” Barnard.
Vent claims it’s actually Lottie who’s been haunting the hotel for more than 100 years, being mistaken for Morgan.
Lottie has personally communicated her story to Vent. She’s desperate to set the record straight and expose the legend as a sham.
Vent believes Lottie, who was a dressmaker, was shot by a left-handed assailant who may have been after her designs.
Lottie still haunts the hotel because she’s misidentified and wants to share the real story.
