The spooky day doesnt just turn folks into witches and ghouls, it turns some into cold-blooded killers according to Crimebo the Crime Clown, who regales thrill seekers with gruesome tales of murder and mystery at parties and events.
Crimebo believes people wait until Halloween to commit crimes because they have a better chance of getting away with murder.
He explains, Cops have so many other things going on that night theyre too busy to deal with all the reports of crime.
For example, theres the case of the ding-dong shoot, which occurred a few years back.
A family opened their door on Halloween night expecting to greet trick-or-treaters with candy, but instead the father was shot in the face at point blank range and killed by a random stranger for no reason.
The shooter was never caught.
