Wisconsin Cafe Serves The Strange

BURLINGTON, Wis. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Sci-fi geeks have a warm place to eat, meet, and discuss the supernatural in Burlington, Wisconsin.

The Sci-Fi Cafe and Museum is a home away from home for conspiracy theorists, ghost hunters, ufologists, and anyone else interested in the supernatural, since it’s dedicated to all things paranormal.

Co-owner Mary Sutherland says the locale, which is haunted by at least five ghosts, is the mecca for fringe researchers, but not for wackjobs.

She explains, “We attract very stable and intelligent people here. The type of people that love sci-fi movies.”

The cafe holds field trips to archeological sites, sacred areas, cemeteries, and to a nearby area of haunted woods that Sutherland claims is the location where people shift into another dimension.

They also take people on fairy hunts, where they search and photograph real life fairies, and allow patrons to communicate with their ghosts via a radio system they’ve created.
