‘Amazing Race’ Ruins Flying

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Flying will never be the same for a few Amazing Race contestants.

After months racing through airports and jumping on planes while competing for a $1 million prize on The Amazing Race, sisters LaKisha and Jennifer Hoffman have found that sitting on a flight will never be the same.

LaKisha, who was eliminated Sunday (May 3) along with her little sis, says travelling post-Race was a “terrible adjustment” since she was so used to being in a frenzy in flight.

She says, “Last time I flew, I wanted to grab my stuff and run out and knock people out of the way but I had to refrain. That would be considered assault.”

Though Jennifer’s busy schedule doesn’t allow for much down time, she’s looking forward to hanging out with her sister in Barbados for a family vacation, but only for “a little time” since they’re worn out on each others company.

Amazing Race airs Sundays on CBS.
