Gloria Loring Sings 65 Theme Songs Live

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – It’s a fact of life: Singer Gloria Loring loves TV theme songs.

Loring – who co-wrote and sang the Facts Of Life theme song, the Diff’rent Strokes tune, and “Friends & Lovers” from Days Of Our Lives – has a new stage show called TV Tunez Tonight, which features her singing TV’s most beloved ditties.

It premieres March 22 in Los Angeles and Loring will croon 65 tunes, including the themes from I Love Lucy, Sesame Street, All In The Family, Happy Days, The Brady Bunch, and Saved By The Bell.

She got the idea for the show when she realized how much people love TV theme songs, especially her own Facts Of Life jam.

After watching YouTube videos of people singing Facts Of Life – including a father-son duo, teenagers at a mall, and a man with peanut butter on his face – Loring decided it was time to honor the TV songs that “people grew up with and just make you feel good!”

Loring’s personal favorite is the empowering theme from Mighty Mouse, which she’s constantly singing around the house.
