According to Dog Fancy magazine editor Susan Chaney, most pups would enjoy a doggy date on Valentines Day.
She says parks and beaches are great places to fetch Fido a four-legged companion, though a dogs idea of a romantic rendezvous may be different than a humans.
Chaney explains that its not long walks on the beach or candlelit dinners that get pups tails wagging, but rather putting their doggy lover in a choke hold.
She says its a mutt match made in heaven when two dogs are aggressively wrestling in the sand, digging holes, and pouncing on one another.
However, the foreplay doesnt always guarantee a hound hook-up because, as Chaney puts it, Every dog has their own personality, and decides how far they want to go.
