And donning a skin-tight showgirl outfit helps too.
He says, If you get inspired to wear a skimpy, sequined g-string, thats fine. I dont recommend wearing the headdress, though. It can add stress to the neck.
The sultry Sin City workout includes half-squats on chairs and booty shakers, where you shake your butt from side to side, which Dr. Lewis admits would be uncomfortable in a thong.
Though the frisky fitness routine is catered towards women, Dr. Lewis says men can get a good workout with it too.
But if sweating in sequins isnt manly enough, Dr. Lewis says dudes can still work up a sweat just watching the sexy videos.
