Frank Stallone Plans For A Knockout Holiday With Mom

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – One celebrity sibling is hoping to enjoy the holidays in his own unique way.

Frank Stallone – the musician-turned-actor brother of Sylvester Stallone – has a show-stealing scene in the new Vince Vaughn Christmas flick Fred Claus, but when the real Christmas rolls around, don’t look for Frank in any Hollywood hotspots.

Stallone says, “I can always go to my brother’s house. This year, I’m going to hang out with my mom. I dig my mom – she’s crazy but I like it!”

And while Frank says he’s spent many Christmases alone, he’s not bawling over missed merriment.

He says, “It was never like, ‘Oh, Frank’s flying out for Christmas.’ I’ve had Christmases where I haven’t gotten anything, but I’m a resilient guy. I’ve had to be.”

And though he’ll be staying in Los Angeles, Stallone still has a soft spot for time-honored Christmas traditions.

He says, “I watch It’s a Wonderful Life – I do all that s. But I don’t like seeing guys in sandals and sunglasses on Christmas. I want to see snow!”

And for Thanksgiving, Stallone’s got another surprise up his sleeve for Mom.

He says, “I’m thinking about taking her to The Palm restaurant and getting a lobster instead of a turkey. We’ll put feathers on it and put an apple in its mouth, I don’t know!”
