Ballers Confess Their Nerdy Nintendo Addictions

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – They may be NBA stars, but when it comes to video games, two kings of the court are playing in the past.

That’s the score from Los Angeles Lakers star Derek Fisher and Los Angeles Clippers baller Corey Maggette, who are putting on their high-tech high- tops for the “E For All” Expo, a video game competition this Friday (Oct. 19).

Although Maggette and Fisher will be participating in a state of the art shootout against professional gamer Johnathan “Fatal1ty” Wendel, the ballers admit they have an old- school advantage.

Maggette says, “I have the actual NBA Jam arcade game at my house. I’m a big fan of the old-school basketball games like Arch Rivals.

Fisher takes the ball, saying, “I used to get down on Double Dribble! Seriously, that was a classic.”

And while the ballers will be jammin’ on joysticks, they’re not worried about any techies taking over their turf.

Maggette adds, “Wendel wouldn’t even last two minutes.”
