Kurt Angle Is One Happy Tough Guy

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Former WWE wrestler Kurt Angle may be known for his tough exterior, but these days the pile-driving pro is one happy tough guy.

After 10 years with the WWE, Angle recently parted ways from the federation that made him famous, and says he couldn’t be any happier with his recent down time.

Says Angle: “I had a great run with the WWE, but I was like a zombie for the last three years. I was wrestling 310 days a year and not doing anything else.”

He adds, “I like to have a little variety in my life and now I do and I’m having a ball.”

Now that he’s not always in the ring, Angle hopes do some television and film work in the new year.

However, Angle insists that he’s not through fighting just yet.

The body-slamming Angle will begin fighting with the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in 2007 and can now be seen fighting with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA).
