New Dating Show Asks The Question: Gay, Straight Or Taken?

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A new dating show gives women everywhere the chance to ask the age old question: Gay, straight or taken?

The show is called – what else? – Gay, Straight Or Taken? and pits three male contestants – one gay, one straight and one who’s in a relationship – who each try to convince a woman they are straight AND single.

Whoever succeeds in sounding straight and single scores a free trip and bragging rights.

It sounds sleazy but executive producer Joe Livecchi insists “it’s all in good fun” and everyone “knows what they’re getting into” when they sign up.

Also, the producers try to stay away from hot tub scenes and, instead, focus on something important in each contestant’s life.

Amazingly, Livecchi says the straight guys aren’t “too offended if the girl thinks they’re gay,” and claims there have been several “love connections” since the show started filming.

Gay, Straight Or Taken premieres January 8 on Lifetime.
