Santa Claus Charging For Visits

SALT LAKE CITY (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Would you believe that Santa Claus is charging for visits?

Except this Santa Claus doesn’t live at the North Pole. He’s a Catholic priest in Salt Lake City who legally changed his name to Santa Claus a few years ago after God sent him a message.

This Santa Claus is auctioning off a real-life visit at his website,, and hopes to rake in a $10,000 bid.

Don’t worry, it’s not a scam. Santa Claus plans to use the money for a charitable purpose: Visiting various political officials to campaign for children’s rights.

Santa Claus says the family with the winning bid will get a visit from him and he promises to tell Christmas stories, sing carols, make snow angels with the kids and help Dad assemble the bikes.

However, don’t expect him to eat cookies or milk. He says he’s been on a health kick since he lost 67 pounds last year by, in part, eliminating sweets from his diet.
