Gas Attacks The Skies This Holiday Season

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The Mile High Club has competition this holiday season: The Fart High Club.

That’s the gassy gossip from gastroenterologist Dr. Patricia Raymond, who says “jet bloat” is a major concern among holiday travelers taking to the sky this week.

Says Raymond: “The altitude is a major issue – the pain is the same but your stomach expands so there’s more space for it.”

She says it’s best to avoid airport food courts before taking off because then you’ll be “doubly doomed” during the flight and don’t want to get stuck going to the bathroom when the “Fasten Your Seatbelts” flash on.

As she puts, “If you have to let it go – let it go gracefully and pretend to look around as if you’re trying to figure out who did it.”

To avoid embarrassing situations like this, Raymond says chewing a CharcoCap charcoal pill before you hit the runway will suck up the gas bubbles and help keep your dignity intact.
