‘Nice Jewish Girls Gone Bad’ Doing Christmas Eve Show

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A group of Jewish performers are prepared to put the “Ha Ha” in Hanukkah with a variety show called Nice Jewish Girls Gone Bad.

The event takes place Saturday (Dec. 24) at The Cutting Room in New York City, and the show’s ringleader, Susannah Perlman – a.k.a. The Goddess Perlman – says her outfits alone will make jaws drop.

In between Jewish-themed comedy, music and burlesque acts, she’ll step out in a sparkly “jDate wedding dress” based on the popular Jewish dating website; a Hebrew National apron with nothing underneath; and a “Disco Dreidel Outfit,” although she admits, “I’m not sure if it looks like a robot or a dreidel.”

This is the third year the group has performed their Christmas Eve show in New York, and Perlman says they’ve added a “fun send-up of Gwen Stefani’s Harajuku Girls, called the Hora-Jew-Crew-Girls.”

If nothing else, she thinks people will be intrigued by some of the dancers’ Jewish Star pasties, which she jokes are made by “little elves.”
