British College Student Finances Education With Million-Dollar Home Page

WILTSHIRE, England (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A business student in Wiltshire, England, has already come up with a million dollar idea of financing his education – with a $1 million home page.

Alex Tew is currently raising money for his studies at Nottingham University by selling pixels at the website for $1 each. But only in 100-pixel units.

Each of the pixels link to a sponsor’s home page and Tew says the appeal to advertisers is “curiosity. No one can look at the site without clicking on something.”

So far, Tew has sold more than half of his internet inventory since starting the home page two months ago. Even more amazing, he’s managing to wring money out of those internet spammers who send out annoying e-mails for cheap pills and get rich quick schemes.

Tew admits the cash he is getting from the site is more than enough for college but promises to invest the moolah in new business ventures, not wine, women or song.
