Cemetery Tour Guide Never Spooked

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – You’d think years of giving cemetery tours would result in some kind of ghost sighting, but a Los Angeles tour guide admits he’s too busy watching the tourists to see spirits.

Frank Cooper will be leading the next Hollywood Forever Cemetery Tour on Oct. 22 and says all different kinds of folks are interested in visiting the graves of Hollywood luminaries, including “several blind people.”

While the blind customers can’t see the graves of Cecil B. DeMille, Mel Blanc and Jayne Mansfield, Cooper says they get touchy-feely with the “granite forest of all different types of monuments.”

Besides that, Cooper says there are ladies who adore Rudolph Valentino and put on fresh lipstick so they can kiss his crypt and “a couple goth kids with snakes” who’ve taken the tour.

With those kinds of live visuals, it’s not surprising that Cooper has “never seen anything weird or spooky, unfortunately.”

And he isn’t getting his hopes up that a Hollywood ghost will follow him home because, in his words, “The spirits should be very happy where they are.”
