Ryan Cabrera Plays Cupid On MTV Series ‘Score’

DETROIT (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Ryan Cabrera knows a thing or two about writing love songs, and he’s hoping to share his skills with hopeless romantics to help them score.

This Monday (Oct. 10) is the premiere of Cabrera’s new MTV series Score, in which he helps two contestants create a gripping love song for a girl or guy in hopes of winning their dream date’s heart.

When writing a love song, he says the key is “honesty,” adding, “Say exactly what you’re thinking. If I miss you, I miss you. If I love you, I love you.”

Cabrera calls his hosting gig on Score “a lot better” than his appearances on The Ashlee Simpson Show because, he says, “It was a fun hosting atmosphere. I had fun being the idiot.”

He also liked playing Cupid, and hopes to be invited to any future weddings by the couples.
