I Left My Voice In San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A cable car chartering company has tuned into the demands of the karaoke community.

Cable Car Charters offers San Francisco’s first Karaoke Cable Car.

The car is equipped with a sound system, blue neon lights running underneath the car and a disco ball illuminating the main cabin.

Up to 35 people can take the three-hour ride, which shuttles them to all the typical tourist spots in San Francisco.

Karaoke Cable Car D.J. Tim Phelps says it’s not hard to learn how to sing while you’re rolling on the roller coaster hills of San Francisco. He says, “There are poles to hang on to.”

Surprisingly, Phelps says few people sing city-specific ballads like “I Left My Heart in San Francisco,” instead opting for karaoke classics like “I Will Survive,” “Respect” and “Y.M.C.A.”
