Dancing Traveler Attracting Attention

SEATTLE, Wash. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A self-proclaimed dancing fool is getting internet attention for homemade video clips of him dancing around the world.

Matthew Harding went on his first big trip to New Zealand in March of 2003. He had just quit his job as a video game designer in Australia.

In June of 2003 he started collecting video of him doing a little jig on the streets of the cities he’s visited like Nairobi, Kenya, Veranasi, India, and Mahe, Seychelles.

He says sometimes people look at him funny, sometimes they join in. “It varies from region to region.”

He says he got funny looks from a bunch of Buddhist monks in Tibet, but in Times Square in New York, no one stopped to look.

Harding says he started his site and video for a laugh between friends.

He says “I have a pipe dream now of getting some sort of sponsorship to make a promotional clip for an airline or maybe a credit card company. It’d be great to keep traveling on someone else’s dime.”

Harding’s video can be seen on his site, wherethehellismatt.com
