Created by Brian Gaut, the red device sets off a chain reaction that turns a quiet home into the ultimate party pad through a controlling computer system hooked to everything in the house.
At a push, the lights go out, window blinds close, and a fog machine fills the room with smoke.
Then blacklights, lasers, strobe lights, and the classic party jam, “What Is Love,” play within minutes.
Gaut created the instant party starter after thinking of how cool it would be to push a button that “did something spectacular.”
He says, “The idea of something so minimal causing something so phenomenal has always intrigued me.”
He first created an “instant disco party” as an homage to Austin Powers and has been partying hard – and fast – ever since.
