Being Naked Good For Brain?
Friday, February 19, 2010 17:20 GMT
SAN FRANCISCO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) Getting naked may be the smartest thing anyone could do.According to Hank Hyena, author of the h+ magazine article, Get Naked: Its Good For Your Brain, nudity is incredibly healthy.
Hyena believes stripping down is as good for the body as breathing, exercising, and eating organic food.
Though medical studies have yet to fully link nakedness to brain function, Hyena says all the signs point that way.
For example, pediatricians believe naked time fuels a babys brain development because they have more range of motion.
Going barefoot is considered a brain-boosting activity because sensations from the naked sole flex the tactile part of the brain.
Hyena thinks getting naked could also help solve many problems in society including teen pregnancy.
He says teens are desperate to see each other naked and have sex, but if nudity is the norm, the urges and curiosity may not be as strong.
