Drag Queen Standards Are Low

SAN FRANCISCO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – It doesn’t take much to be accepted as a drag queen.

That’s what “infiltrative journalist” Harmon Leon learned when he posed as a crossdresser for the Spike TV show, 1000 Ways To Die.

Leon landed the paying gig as an “expert crossdresser” by answering a Craigslist ad as “KiKI,” a former marine who works construction by day, and sending a photo of a random crossdresser he found on Google.

When he showed up to set, producers let “KiKI” take the spotlight, no questions asked.

Leon figures that standards for drag queens must be pretty low these days because he made the “ugliest lady in the world.”

He infiltrated the show wearing a dress that didn’t zip up in the back, gaudy make-up from the drugstore, and “hairy male cleavage.”

Leon’s “ultimate drag fantasy” is to book The Jerry Springer Show as a fake crossdresser and start a fight on stage.
