Our Genes Trying To Kill Us?

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Our genes are desperately trying to kill us.

According to Dr. Stephen R. Gundry, author of Dr. Gundry’s Diet Evolution (Crown), people are under attack by “killer genes.”

Gundry argues that genes have a mind of their own. Their main objective is to evolve and wipe out anyone who’s unhealthy.

They act like a “computer,” monitoring a person’s food intake.

If someone is eating too much, the “killer genes” plot to get rid of them for causing an imbalance.

They do this by plaguing obese people with health problems like diabetes and cancer.

Gundry argues that these diseases aren’t just “bad luck” or hereditary, but rather the work of genes trying to weed out the weak.

Genes aren’t “malevolent or mean,” they’re just warning folks to get healthy or else.

Gundry says the killers can be countered by eating dark greens and slowly achieving one’s ideal body weight.
