The convicted murderer recently wrote letters from his cell griping about prison and the lowlife scumbags around him.
According to Tom Miller of Dr. Prison, a consulting service that coaches convicts on how to behave behind bars, Spector is digging his own grave by running his mouth in the slammer.
Miller says whining makes an inmate look weak, and opens them to being the butt of jail jokes.
Once inmates catch wind of Spectors trash talking, theyll poke at him even more, calling him obscenities to keep scaring him.
This could lead to extortion, especially by bigger guys wholl claim they can protect him for a hefty price.
Miller advises Spector to shut up and start sharing with fellow jailbirds rather than alienating them.
That means playing cards and dominos with them and learning their prison lingo so he can fit in the main mission in jail.
