After a fly was unmercifully murdered by President Barack Obama during a televised interview on CNBC, PETA has come to the defense of the bug whose life came to an abrupt end.
Spokesperson Dan Shannon is sure the fly felt a tremendous amount of pain and suffering at the hands of the prez.
The fact that it was killed by Americas leader makes the death sting more, since Obama usually champions animal rights campaigns.
Though hes giving the president a pass this time, Shannon warns that prevention is the cure so Obama needs to keep the White House clean so bugs stay away from him.
To make sure no more flies incur the fury of Obamas swift hand, PETA has sent him their Katcha Bug humane bug catcher which allows him to get rid of bugs without having to kill them.
