Reality TV Could’ve Saved Tori Spelling’s Childhood

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – If reality TV had been around in the ’80s, maybe Tori Spelling’s childhood would’ve been better.

Spelling’s reality TV show, Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, premieres its new season May 26 on Oxygen, and she admits a Spelling Family reality show in the ’80s could’ve made her life a lot easier back then.

She believes it would’ve cleared up a lot of “misconceptions” about her, countering some of the trash the tabloids wrote and, in her words, “I wouldn’t have had to deal with 20 years of bullsh■t!”

However, Spelling thinks the world wasn’t ready for the reality TV genre back then, so the show would’ve likely flopped.

These days, Spelling and her family are comfortable with reality cameras following them, especially her two-year-old son, Liam, who’s made friends with the crew.

He nicknamed a cameraman “Mo” and constantly tugs at his pal to put down the camera and play with him, which he does.
