Once You Go Black You Never Go Back

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – For actors Jessica St. Clair and RonReaco Lee, interracial lovin’ is no big deal.

St. Clair, a white actress, plays the doting wife of the African-American Lee on the upcoming ABC comedy In The Motherhood, set to premiere on March 26.

Since hooking up with a her chocolate onscreen hubby, St. Clair fears that it may be hard to switch back to vanilla.

She jokes, “With a man this handsome in a suit, it’d be hard to go back [once I’ve gone black].”

In fact, the actors hardly notice each other’s color when playing their characters.

Adds Lee, “I think it’s great. We’re just a young couple that fell in love, got married, had a couple of kids, and now we’re raising our children.”

However, Lee admits that he thought his race would keep him from landing the role.

He says, “When I came in, I thought, ‘Well, I don’t have a shot in hell,’ so when they told me I got it, I was like, ‘What?!’”
