George W. Bush: A Dodgeball Hero

GULFPORT, Miss. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – President George W. Bush is an inspiration to dodgeball players everywhere.

Since dodging a pair of flying shoes thrown by an Iraqi journalist at a press conference this past Sunday (Dec. 14), President Bush has garnered respect from the International Dodgeball Federation (IDF).

IDF executive director Rusty Walker commends Dubya’s amazing dodging skills and says, “He’d probably make an excellent dodgeballer. He might have had some training. Maybe he should offer training videos after he gets out of office.”

Walker thinks any dodgeball player could learn a thing or two from the prez, and would be “in good shape” on the court if they put his shoe-dodging moves to use.

They could also take a lesson from Bush’s intense focus when the shoes came towards his head.

Walker says, “The president stared the man down like a final player on the court, and was like, ‘Go on, give it to me.’ Any dodgeball player should look to him for tips.”
