Another Scandal For Miley Cyrus

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Miley Cyrus is in a musical mess.

In the 2006 movie Euro Trip, rock band Lustra appears on stage, singing their scathing breakup song, “Scotty Doesn’t Know.”

Now, Lustra’s getting fired up after hearing the new Hannah Montana single “Rockstar,” which shares shocking sonic similarities to their tune.

Lustra’s guitarist, Nick Cloutman, says the song stealing needs to be acknowledged, but he’s not pointing the finger at Cyrus.

He says, “We deserve credit, but we can’t be mad at somebody not even old enough to sign off on her own checks. It’s the songwriters we’re mad at.”

While Cloutman admits, “I did have a little bit of “Rockstar” stuck in my head this morning,” the band has no plans to tour with the pop princess or other tween titans like the Jonas Brothers.

But they’re willing to turn the tables – with one stipulation.

Cloutman says, “Miley’s welcome on our bus as long as she’s got a chaperone. We don’t need another controversy.”
