Humor Metal Band Searches For Terrible Shirts

TEMPE, Ariz. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – One humorous metal band is urging their fans to wear terrible T-shirts to their upcoming concert tour.

Psychostick is an Arizona-based “humor-core” heavy metal band, known for their wacky songs like “Beer!” and “Orgasm Equals Love.”

This Saturday (May 17), the band will begin their cross- country Terrible Shirt Tour in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where they’re asking fans to wear their weirdest, most terrible shirts to their concerts.

Psychostick singer Rob “Rawrb” Kersey hopes to see a lot of wild clothing in the crowd.

He says, “I want to see odd color combinations, strange logos, or weird mottos on shirts. Anything fluorescent and from the 80s will work.”

To suit up for their shows, Kersey suggests fans visit thrift stores, garage sales, and their parents’ closets, where they’re bound to find terrible shirts.

He also cites The Lost Boys as a good movie for bad shirt inspiration.

At each concert, Psychostick will choose a winning foul fashion fan, until they find the most terrible shirt in America.

Kersey isn’t sure what the winners will get yet, but says truly outrageous shirts may inspire a new Psychostick song.
