‘Ghost Hunters’ Fear Paranormal Pooper Experiences

WARWICK, R.I. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Plumbing can be a much scarier – and crappier – experience than ghost hunting.

That’s the straight poop from Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson, members of The Atlantic Paranormal Society and stars of The Sci-Fi Channel’s spooky series Ghost Hunters.

On the show, Hawes and Wilson set out to investigate paranormal activity, but by day, they’re just a couple of plumbers from Rhode Island.

And according to the plumbing pair, dealing with toilets is a lot scarier than dealing with ghosts.

Hawes jokes, “Sometimes the stuff you find during a plumbing job IS paranormal!”

If a plumbing job goes wrong for the duo, things can get crappy pretty quickly.

Wilson explains, “If you make a mistake, your customer’s house could flood, which is really scary. Plumbing is tougher than ghost hunting.”

However, in both jobs, Hawes and Wilson note that they’re asked to come to people’s homes to investigate and problem- solve, so the gigs are more similar than people think.

Season four of Ghost Hunters premieres March 5 on Sci- Fi.
