Star Jones Avoids Wicked Websites

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Star Jones may be a news junkie, but when it comes to scandalous websites, the daytime diva steers clear.

Jones is currently hosting a seven-week segment about the seven deadly sins on her Star Jones daily talk show, and there’s one tantalizing, trashy temptation she is particularly careful to avoid.

She says, “I’m up between 5:00 and 6:00 AM looking at online magazines and newspapers, but I stay away from the ones that may be talking about me! I work really hard to stay away from sites if I’m not going to use them as a news source.”

And while Jones has had her share of the scandalous spotlight, she doesn’t regret any part of her problematic past.

She says, “At times, I allowed pride and the intoxication of ‘Lights, camera, action’ to overtake me. But I’ve always been able to overcome the bad stuff like health issues and poverty issues as a child. If I ever thought I deserved to be somewhere else, I worked hard to get there.”

Star Jones airs daily on Court TV.
