Reality Show Bully Finally Gets Bullied

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Survivor bad boy Jonny Fairplay is known for being a bully, but for his latest reality TV project, he was the one being bullied – by a 2,000-pound buckin’ beast!

Fairplay – best known for lying about his “dead” grandma to promote himself on Survivor: Pearl Islands – is currently a contestant on Ty Murray’s Celebrity Bull Riding Challenge on CMT, and says for the first time on the tube, he wasn’t the horned villain.

Says Fairplay: “This is the only time I’ve ever been nice on a show, but it’s because the bulls were bad enough for everyone! It was more important to stick together, against the bulls, than to scheme against the other contestants.”

And while Fairplay’s personality may have softened with every buckin’ bull ride, his courage got a ruff ’n’ tuff boost after his stint on the competition.

He explains, “I recently went to Gatorland in Florida with some other Survivor alums and a tour guide asked us if anyone wanted to ride an alligator. I was like, ‘Sure! I’m not scared; I just got done riding 10 bulls!’ Everyone was shocked!”

Ty Murray’s Celebrity Bull Riding Challenge airs Fridays on CMT.
