Skanky Swimwear Gets Modest Makeover

PORTLAND, Ore. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Beachwear is getting a modest makeover for chaste chicks who are over skimpy, Britney Spears-style swimwear.

It’s all thanks to WholesomeWear.com, a line of swimwear designed for conservative ladies that keeps the attention on the face instead of the body.

The discreet duds have a spandex undergarment with a loose outer layer which company spokesperson Joan Ferguson believes helps increase the standard of modesty.

According to Ferguson, “the world’s ways have become terrible” and sex-fueled Pop Tarts like the scantily-clad Britney Spears may be to blame.

Says Ferguson: “It’s sad that society allows Britney Spears to influence us into wanting to look sexy.”

Ferguson feels the swimwear line can help parents wrangle their daughters, and adds, “Young people should dress like their parents tell them to, and parents should use our line as a way to guide their kids.”

She argues, “Sensuality doesn’t belong on the beach. It’s for the husband and wife, and not anyone else.”
