John Stamos Rocks Out With The Beach Boys

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – John Stamos is a sexy surgeon on E.R., but when he’s not in the operating room, he’s living it up as an honorary Beach Boy.

The Full House actor has been touring a few cities with The Beach Boys this summer, and played with the band at a rockin’ San Diego show this past Sunday (July 15).

According to insiders, Stamos fit right in with the legendary California rockers by playing the guitar, drums, bongos, singing, and even joking around with singer Mike Love throughout the show.

When the band sang the classic, “Be True To Your School,” Love explained that the song was originally recorded in 1963, and Stamos chimed in, saying, “That’s the year I was born!”

Love replied, “John wasn’t around when the song was first recorded, but his mom sure was, and she really, really liked it. Her and I were close, if you know what I mean. Sorry, Uncle Jesse!

Stamos then played a stellar drum solo in the middle of the song, and tossed around his drumsticks, joking with Love, “That was for my mom, Mike!”
