Pop Princess Sheds Pounds By Watching ‘Law & Order’

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Normally, you can’t lose weight by watching TV, but 80’s pop singer Tiffany Darwish just found a loophole.

Tiffany – who is currently shedding pounds on VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club 5: Men Vs. Women – says her favorite exercise routine is sweatin’ it out to episodes of Law & Order.

Says Tiffany: “I have a treadmill in front of my TV in my living room so I can do my cardio to Law & Order. The show is two hours long but it’s so good my exercise routine breezes by!”

To kick it up a notch, Tiffany runs faster during commercial breaks in a “kick-butt jog” that helps her lose weight.

Tiffany’s motivation to shape up has intensified with her current stint on Fit Club and in her words, “realizing I had let myself go,” but she’s happy to be back on track.

She adds, “Fans were giving me photos to sign and I noticed myself always autographing through my midsection so no one would see my extra weight – I don’t want to do that ever again!”
