Peter O’Toole And Meryl Streep Win Best Performance Of An Aura

STERLING, Va. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – If the Academy Awards honored the Best Portrayal of an Aura, Meryl Streep and Peter O’Toole would take home the Oscars on Sunday (Feb. 25).

That’s according to aura reader Rose Rosetree, who says the two actors not only changed their personalities for their nominated roles in The Devil Wears Prada and Venus, but their auras as well.

Rosetree is impressed by how Streep is able to change her chakras to best represent her character’s cruel streak “without being over-the-top.”

She’s even more impressed with O’Toole for being able to alter his aura so that it matches that of someone who has just had sex with a woman who is one fourth his age.

Rosetree also gives high marks to Forest Whitaker for making the aura of his character, Ugandan dictator Idi Amin, more interesting than the real man, while Helen Mirren was able to reproduce six of Queen Elizabeth’s seven chakras in The Queen.

Not every Oscar nominee was as good as aura recreation.

Rosetree says Ryan Gosling may have earned critical raves for playing a drug-addicted schoolteacher in Half Nelson but he fails “to recreate the wobbly, messed-up aura of a real-life drug addict.”
