‘Amazing Race’ Taught Winners The Art Of Lying

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Tyler Denk and James Branaman were officially crowned the winners of The Amazing Race on Sunday (Dec. 10).

Although the two models say the race taught them many things about themselves, the one skill they really perfected was lying.

That’s because the show wrapped more than six months ago, and Denk and Branaman have had to keep it a secret from everyone except their parents.

Says Branaman: “It definitely became second nature to lie. People would come up to us and ask if we won, and it got easier and easier to hold it in.”

The two say they were only a little worried their parents would spill the beans, but Denk says he was impressed when he found out his mom didn’t tell his sister the outcome of the show.

As he puts it, “My sister didn’t even know, but she was glad she got to find out with everyone else.”

However, Denk admits he was glad he had a chance to tell his mom ahead of time because she admitted to him that “she would’ve gotten a heart attack waiting and watching it on T.V.”
