Thats the advice from Texas Cowgirl Kendra Dickson who says the pop princess can burn up to 800 calories just by saddling up.
Says Dickson: One hour on a horse is like three miles of jogging.
She can also get a Pilates-like workout from cleaning the stalls and giving her bronco a bath.
However, Dickson, says Spears should leave activities like bareback and bull riding to the boys and any fancy tricks to professionals.
She also points out that Spears should consult her doctor before getting behind the reins.
Dickson says if Spears really wants to be a true Cowgirl she should stay away from Taco Bell and instead focus on eating more protein like a nice juicy steak in order to keep her energy up and her waistline down.
